Free Energy Suppressions – The Conspiracy Theory

The search for free energy source is not a new idea, and has been taking place from a long time, from many years. During all that time people who were giving their efforts to find it were not always recognised and well respectable among scientific society and wide public. Actually quite the opposite sort of situation was quite often the normal one. There is a theory called “free energy suppressions” saying, that these innovators have been seriously suppressed. Some of them are even told to be killed by oil industry or government agents.

It says it’s nearly ready to use from quite a long time… but it’s hidden for a reason. If it’d be revealed it would completely change current world situation in many aspects of it: environmental, economic, political and others. Yet it’s not only in wide use, but event not known to most of people, because it’s suppresses by certain interest groups. These groups contain people connected to governments, car making companies and energy consortiums related to oil and nuclear industry. To these groups current situation is highly profitable, and so that they are ready to do a lot to put down any attempts to popularise the idea of free energy as well as alternative energy sources (like solar batteries use or cold fusion).

“Free energy suppressions” theory followers collect historical facts of strange accidents that happened to researchers seeking for infinite power. Here are some of them.

Thomas Henry Moray (working on free energy device) and his family had been threatened and shot at on several occasions. His lab ransacked to stop him from continuing his free energy researches and public demonstrations. He also said sollar pannels researches were suppressed byUnited Statesgovernment officials.

Stanley Meyer (working on “water powered” car) died suddenly. Official version claims the reason was cerebral aneurysm, but it’s said that he was murdered in order to stop his work.

Eugene Mallove (popularising the idea of cold fusion, author of the book “Fire from Ice”) was beaten to death in 2004 by unknown assailant (officially police suspected robbery as a motive) . He also once said he was a subject to organised action (black Public Relations campaign) done by mainstream scientists in purpose of ridiculing him and his researches. Other researches working on cold fusion were subject to suppressions via academic pressure.

“Free energy suppressions” theory belongs to group of theories called “conspiracy theories”. What these theories have in common, is that they can neither be neither proofed nor refuted. Yet it’s still good to know, that some of people who researched the subject of perpetual motion machines got into serious trouble.

Global warming censorship

Global warming is one of most important issues of our times. But it’s not only a subject of interest for scientists. Politicians also started looking at this problem when it became disputed in mainstream media. They were influenced by the controversy it evoked, and what they wanted was to control what scientists say to the media. Politicians wanted censorship – not discussion.

Many or climate change researchers claim they were subject to huge pressure to hide all sort of scientific evidence showing that global warming is the effect of actions of the human race. Almost 50 % of American scientists tell that they’ve bee pushed to adapt the results of their researches to meet official Bush’s administration view of “climate change scepticism”. They say governmental officials were telling them to remove terms like “ climate change” or “global warming” from all reports and other documents that were going to be released to the public information. These clerks were even editing these documents before they were released to the media. And They were not even to discuss global warming in discussions taking place in public (like in TV). These procedure took place even at NASA – it was censoring all reports on the topic of climate change in 2004. That was to protect Bush from controversy before presidential election.

Even some of ‘average Joes’ tried to censor global warming debate. Climate change scientists reported receiving threatening emails. The most famous of them got dead animals dropped next to doors of their houses. Owners of some of racist www pages even went so far that they posted photographs of these researchers and put inscription “Jew” under each of them. The danger seem so real, one of the ‘stars’ of  climate change started travelling with  bodyguards.

There is other process that takes place at the same time. When politicians do what they can to censor global warming, journalist seek for sensational news. And climate change is a hit. Media need to attract peoples attention, and instead of trying to find objective truth and stimulate proper debate, they just show it as something ‘leading to the point of no way back’. They sell the emotions of catastrophe by adding lots of exaggerations and pejoratives. If it’ll happen to you to express moderate opinion, or some rational debate, be prepared for strong criticism or ostracism.

The facts described above show us the picture in which there are two competing groups of interest – a State (bribed by oil industry) and Media (TV and press journalists). Fist group is to try to censor any information saying that global warming is caused by human activities (like polluting environment by burning fossil fuels). The second group wants to show the threat in exaggerated form, pump it and make it even more dramatic than it really is. Our challenge is to stay with the common sense and use our own judgments about how much climate change is actually a serious problem.

Nikola Tesla – quirks of a genius inventor

Nikola Tesla was unusual man. Definitely one the that few human beings which influenced the way we live our everyday lives today very strongly although most people have no idea who he was and what he did.  Among scientific community he is recognized mainly as one of those who contributed to the birth of the electricity usage in it’s commercial dimension. But still the truth is that his work influences many of modern inventions that we use until today like for example:  nuclear physics, remote control devices, computer science, radar and robotics, and to the expansion of ballistics, , and theoretical physics. Unfortunately many of them are today actually attributed to other inventors. The reason is that Tesla didn’t use to take care of such unimportant details like earning money, filling patents or reaching fame.

teslaHe was a technical genius indeed. his thinking was at least one generation ahead of his times, and was seen as very controversial. Some people would even describe him as “mad scientist”.  Let’s examine stranger side of his personality a bit closer. Let’s see how he saw the world.

Tesla had never decided to get marry, despite being popular with opposite sex. He was a loner, thinking about science most of the time. He got attention of women intensively, as he was well known, tall and good looking. He was even said to be an object of some females obsessions, as they prayed for his attention. Despite of that he lived alone, believing that with his ultra-sensitive mind he would have to completely addict to a women, if he get into relationship. He really believed that if he stayed alone it will be helping him to keep his scientific abilities on the top level.

Extraordinary level of sensitivity was his quality – he actually couldn’t function in normal way, as everyday situations were often to strong for his senses.

That’s not all.

- he had no trouble hearing conversations of people who were distanced hundred  meters from him,

Not only his senses were ultra sensitive, but his imaginary abilities were incredible.

Tesla was able to see projects of his inventions in perfect details inside his head.

He didn’t need to draw any pictures. He was able to develop any invention in his imagination from scratch to complete machine. Tesla usually envisioned a project of machine, put it into motion, leave it for some time, and only come back to it later to check if it’s working properly. If not he would make corrections and again leave machine running inside his imaginary laboratory.

Solar Energy Overview

Use of sun rays as a renewable energy source seem to become highly popular. Human race uses it both on macro and micro scale. In macro scale we can see huge solar plants being build by governments or private consortiums. They are able to supply with electricity whole cities. On the micro scale we observe people using home energy solar systems growing in numbers. I’d like to share some interesting facts about solar energy in use in the post below. These will be not only advantages of it, but also minuses and curiosities. I’ll also explore on what the prediction for the future are.

We use energy of the sun for our advantage in few different ways. There are water-heating systems that provide warmth for swimming pools, houses, and other buildings. There are small batteries build into pocket devices like calculators, that can power them virtually infinitely. We use sun rays for drying clothes from ages. Solar –powered cars have already been build, andUSscientists invented and build even plane that runs on sun energy. And of course the most important use of sun we’ll talk about here is solar panels that collect sun rays and transform them into electricity.

If you consider switching into using solar energy you should be aware of a sort of paradox that often occurs. It’s that these solutions can be really expensive at the beginning (especially if you buy ready systems, and not build them yourself). This is mainly because materials that are used in construction of these systems are relatively expensive at the moment. Yet on  the other hand when the initial investment paid back, the energy is actually free – you’ve got a sort of free energy generator on your roof. What is also a big benefit, is that solar panels don’t need any maintenance – you just install them and forget about them. The only exception is in winter, in case snow covering your panels.  You need to do some work and just wipe it our then (and that usually means getting to the roof first… which is not fun in winter). Another sort of paradox is about dependency. If you’ve got your own electricity source, you can really feel independent from energy consortiums. If there is power outage and everyone stays in blackout, it doesn’t touch you. But, if there is cloudy day sixth day in a row, it does affect you strongly. Not fun.

If we think about buying a solar-powered car, we should know they’re much slower then ‘traditional’ cars at the moment. This may change in quite short time, as technology development is nowadays really fast. And if we are remained that aircraft powered with the sun energy has already been built, we are sure that there is not a long way to go.

Obstacles for the Spread of Renewable Energy Sources

Renewable energy sources like solar wind or geothermal all have lots of benefits. They’re eco-friendly (free of toxic emissions to the atmosphere) and constantly refilled by the nature itself. We can not run out of them. They’re also cheap (after initial investment was recurred), and some of them even free. Good example is solar power that has zero cost of capturing sun rays. At this point important question arises: why we actually still use fossil fuels? Why wind, solar and others are called alternative energy sources, and not the primary ones?

The problem that we touch here is a complex one, and we have to see the big picture of global situation to really understand it. I’ll just tell you that more than 70% of obstacles to spread of renewable energy are of political not technical nature. Below you can read about some of the actual reasons.

Governmental grants in great numbers are placed into fossil fuels industry. Of course it doesn’t happen by itself –  oil consortiums are actively lobbying year after year to make it happen. Thanks to that oil and coal energy prices are lower than they “really” are. We still pay the full price (in taxes) but it just seems to be lower. Alternative energy sources on the other hand do not receive so much subsidies, and are struggling with tons of unsupporting regulations.

Traditional energy consortiums can control the market very easy, thanks to low level of customers awareness. The average Joe will not actively seek for other opportunities that those he’s told about in TV.

Most of customers in any given industry will just buy “what’s on the menu”, and not ask for anything else. It’s just the same with energy industry.

Another thing is that we’re lacking  adequate technical and manufacturing stuff needed for large scale production of these technologies. The reason is that it’s in early stadium of commercialisation. Customers can’t get information and training they need easy, so some of them just stay with current supplier.

One more problem is a sort of technical lock-in we got into. All electricity devices we use nowadays are designed for centralised power plants and it’s difficult to overcome the all electricity system.

Understanding these obstacles above we fully recognize how huge transformation we need to make in our whole social system and in governments policies. Most of all we need to allow unconstrained development of this solutions and stopped favouring fossil fuels industry.

Renewable Energy and the Public Policy Transformation

We live in interesting times. Renewable electricity sources age spreading on the market, new technologies are still being invented and prices of traditional fuels constantly pick up. I believe we should consider what does it all mean for us – for our  everyday lives that we live today and for our future social changes.

We get alternative energy from few different sources like wind and water turbines, geothermal power plants,  or solar batteries).  Commercialisation of these solutions is taking place from quite a long time already. Believers of these solutions claim this is because of active work of oil industry. People connected to it are told to be spending huge money on lobbying and bribing government to keep things just as they are today. Oil and coal consortiums get huge subsidies and other support (like supporting regulations) from governments, and media burry real social costs of their use. Mainstream media also do not say anything about possible alternatives (like alternative energy sources, among which some can be called free energy generator). Just like everyone was somehow wired to chose close term benefits over long term benefits.

If we want to change things we need to take the economy to the debate. Economists have discussed it many times,  what exactly should be done to switch the world into using renewable energy. The one single most important think they talk about is… taxes. Change of taxes is necessary as long as we’re talking about long term transformation. What is necessary is lowering income taxes and raising taxes on environmentally destructive solutions (connected to fossil fuels industry). For example coal use equals increased health care costs associated with breathing polluted air, the costs of acid rain damage. Things like that should be included within ‘fossil fuels tax’. The main idea is to make using coil and oil a bad deal. Some of modern economies in Europe (likeNorway,France,Germany, orItaly) already started implementing this tax shifting (the call it “Environmental Tax Reform”). And it brings great effects. For instance inGermanytraditional fuels use has been lowered by 5% in just two years.

Another crucial issue economists arise is a need of grants shifting. As long as governments will subside oil industry, there will be expansion on fossil fuels usage. What we need is to relocate subsidies traditional energy into renewable solar, wind, and geothermal power. In parts of the Europe and Asia this has already started, but in United States it’s just the opposite – the financial support for fossil fuels and nuclear power has been increased.

When global economic crisis began main economies allocated big money into renewable energy. That was to support recovery of global economy. This may be good beginning of a new stage of these technologies development and spread.

In search of the Infinite Energy Source -Nikola Tesla’s struggles

Nikola Tesla was Yugoslavian  inventor, who lived in the second half of nineteenth, and first half of twentieth century. He contributed to invention of large part of technologies that we use in our everyday lives today. Although during his life he we was well known, he’s name was removed from history books after his death for some reason.  Today, only those interested in alternative energy sources know who he was.

tesla inventorLets take simple example as radio. Almost everyone think that was invented by Italian scientist Gulielmo Marconi nowadays. But the truth is that Tesla was the first to fill the patent. But Marconi managed to promote himself as inventor, as he was more success-oriented. Tesla was more focused on his inventions than on PR and marketing. Although he also made some public presentations – mainly that of electricity. So he at least didn’t suffer public speaking anxiety.  Only as late as in year nineteen forty three  the Supreme Court of United States overturned Marconi’s patent in favour of Tesla.

He’s spent lots of time dreaming of free energy generator that would power all world.  He had his first visions on that sort of project as a child. He thought he could  capture Niagara Waterfalls power and then use it to supply local people’s households. And that vision came true. He realized it in eighteen ninety six  –Niagara Fallsenergy was then first used to supplyBuffalocity. It was possible only after five years of hard work of engineers, mechanics and workers. Some of sponsors had already started doubting in sense of the project. The idea was highly innovative that times. So just the plain fact of actually running that new kind of powerhouse was considered a great success to everyone involved.

But yet that was just part of he’s projects, and his vision was going much, much further into the future technologies. He wanted to build a sort of solar energy receiver which would be able to gather and distribute solar energy. That idea he’d left aside. Tesla’s biggest dream connected to energy searches was to get free energy from the Earth. His vision was that he will pump electricity inside the planet and then, change it’s inner state, so that it will be possible for everyone to get it back from everywhere in the world.  That way it was going to be free. To get it one was going to need just pocket device. Using planet as a sort of oscillator he wanted to construct free energy generator – quantity of electricity that people could get was going to be infinite.

Bad luck this machine was never made. In the end of nineteen zero one, Tesla’s sponsor  investor – JP Morgan refused further credits for development of this project.

At this point I’d like mention Tesla’s quirks. He had lots of  compulsive-obsessive behaviours. Most of them were focused on counting  things like breaths or jaw movements during eating. He also felt he has to compete all things he started. For example if he started reading any given authors book, he had to real all his books.

Tesla died in 1943 leaving one thousand two hundreds patents and hundreds  of ideas that he newer wrote down.

Renewable Energy – overview

Renewable energy is a electricity that we receive from natural processes phenomena like geothermal heat, wind, ocean waves or sunlight. That natural phenomena are constantly repeated, and will be constantly repeated forever. Using this sources, we know they’re replenished immediately. If we don’t make use of them  they will just go to waste.

Wind Energy Drawbacks

Wind may become our primary energy source in future, that will come after fossil fuel reserves will perish. Today it’s just an alternative to oil and is not widely used  – just the same as water turbines, solar panels, biomass or geothermal. It’s used on a large scale (as huge farms that are made to supply whole cities) as well as on a micro-scale, as small windmills that you can put next to your house and get energy for yourself from it. It’s good idea to have a detailed information about advantages and drawbacks of all potential sources of electricity. Especially that in future we’re going to need them really strong. Here I’ll focus on disadvantages of wind energy only.

wind energyProblem number one. Wind energy depends on the atmosphericall circumstances. Of course we may build battery bank that will work as a backup power. But if the air will stay still for too long period of time, we will probably run out of electricity all the same. This is the primary and the most obvious minus.

Next issue –  windmills are constructed with use of lots of moving elements. It’s stuffed with things like rotors, bearings, mounting joints and others. You probably know that every single thing that moves is going wear. In practice that means they need maintenance  - you can’t just set them and leave them.

Third thing – these systems may make noise. This is like changing air pollution of oil into “sound pollution” of windmill. If you’d like to make a windmill for yourself, next to your house, this may become big minus to consider.

Four thing – with windmills is not easy to calculate ROI (return of investment) exactly. The reason is that strength of wind  changes  constantly. This makes energy cost constantly changing (increasing and decreasing).

The last thing is that wind farms require  lots of space if we want to collect big  amounts of energy. Unfortunately there are places in the earth where space is really something in demand (like inJapanfor example)

These are main drawbacks of wind energy. Knowing them we can work to overcome them or to find other free energy generator that we can access much easier.
